Join the Dayton Area Logistics Association for its 5th Annual Southwest Ohio Logistics Conference featuring keynote speaker, Dr. Rosalind D. Fields with American Airlines Cargo.

Dr. Rosalind D. Fields is a Cargo Sales professional in Atlanta, Georgia. She is currently an Account Manager at American Airlines and has nearly 15 years of cargo experience. In her current role, Fields is responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives for a portfolio of regional accounts and works closely with Cargo Operations to ensure a quality customer experience. Fields has also supported the Cargo operation as an iCargo trainer and represented the airline at local and industry events. She also worked as a bilingual contract instructor for the International Air Transportation Association (IATA), specializing in Live Animal and Perishable policy and online educational products.   

Fluent in Spanish, the Albany, Georgia native holds a BA in Business Administration from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia. She is an alumna of Columbia Southern University (Orange Beach, Alabama) where she received an MBA in Project Management followed by a Doctoral degree in Business Administration (DBA). 

Attendees will also have the opportunity to choose from three breakout sessions geared toward the logistics industry focusing on employee engagement, technology advancements, and emergency preparedness.
